Motivation alone only takes us so far. The key is in daily self-discipline. Start with making a commitment to one thing and do it each day. Every day. Good for the body and mind both to do so. Wise words, Elliot.
Got back in the gym again today. Not made it a daily commitment thus far, but perhaps I should. Or, if not that, then at least one type of strength training that can be done at home each day, like push-ups.
