Tunes from Radiohead

“Just”:

“Creep”:

That one received a lot of radio play during my teen years.

As did this one, “Karma Police”:

And this one, “Paranoid Android”:

“No Surprises”:

“Lucky” (Glastonbury 2003):

“Optimistic” (film created by Keir Burrows):

“Idioteque”:

I really like that song.

“2+2=5”:

What an amazing video to accompany that song!

Another song by them I’ve come to adore, “Pyramid Song”:

All my lovers were there with me
All my past and futures
And we all went to heaven in a little row boat
There was nothing to fear and nothing to doubt

“Street Spirit (Fade Out)”:

Rows of houses all bearing down on me
I can feel their blue hands touching me
All these things into position
All these things we’ll one day swallow whole
And fade out again and fade out

This machine will not communicate
These thoughts and the strain I am under
Be a world child, form a circle
Before we all go under
And fade out again and fade out again

Cracked eggs, dead birds
Scream as they fight for life
I can feel death, can see its beady eyes
All these things into position
All these things we’ll one day swallow whole
And fade out again and fade out again

Immerse your soul in love

Leaving aside their “Fake Plastic Trees” song, much as I like it, since it’s posted elsewhere on here.

Purchased my first album from Radiohead, The Best Of, maybe 2-3 years ago on a whim at a local music store and turned out to really enjoy it.
